Catherine Lord is CEO, President and co-founder of LightWave Telecommunications, Inc. Ms. Lord started the company with the desire to fill the demand for qualified installation personnel. Her leadership and vision has led to growth and expansion from a regional installation provider to a full EF&I service provider serving a diverse customer base across the continental United States and overseas.

Ms. Lord has maintained high quality standards and strong fiscal health through the numerous stages of expansion. Her dedication to the customer and to LightWave's employees has resulted in a friendly, motivated staff that is responsive and flexible.

Previously, Ms. Lord held management positions at Gannett newspapers in New York and New Jersey. Her print journalism background includes reporting, writing and editing. She also held a position in broadcasting as a news director and TV anchor of a cable television station. She hosted a daily live, one hour talk show, "Talk of the Town," for Jones Intercable in Turnersville, New Jersey where she interviewed community leaders, professionals and experts from all walks of life.

As President/CEO of LightWave, Ms. Lord is committed to growing the company through diversification of its product base and a continued focus on customer service.

Ms. Lord graduated from Rutgers University in 1986 with a BA in English. She also attended leadership and communications classes at Harvard University.

Ms. Grosset applied her managerial and accounting skills in the development of LightWave. She has been with the company since its inception. She helped to formulate a fiscal strategy that would allow the company to grow at a healthy pace. She assisted with developing the salary and payroll structure for employees and instituted numerous employee incentive programs. She also helped to develop rate fees on customer contracts.

As Treasurer/Director of Administration, Ms. Grosset oversees the Financial Analyst, Accounting Clerks and all members of the Accounts Payable Department. Ms. Grosset is responsible for all Accounting functions and Employee Benefits. Ms. Grosset assists the President/CEO in establishing short and long-term goals for LightWave.

Mr. Trewin has 6 years of Field Management experience in RBOC Central Offices and is a Level 4 Power & Transport Technician. He was promoted to Field Operations Manager after successfully establishing the Power Division for LightWave. His expertise in managing the Power Division created significant opportunities for LightWave with Marconi Communications. LightWave enjoyed separate successful partnerships with Marconi for Power, Transport and Collocation due to his efforts. Mr. Trewin specializes in exceeding customer expectations for on-time delivery and quality workmanship.

As Vice President of Operations, Mr. Trewin is responsible for customer satisfaction for all Field Operations. He oversees all LightWave Field Managers and works with the Project Managers and Installation Coordinator to guarantee 100% customer satisfaction.
